Ranyechi Udemezue is a beauty, fashion and culture journalist.
Dabbling in writing, styling and content creation for the first time at the age of fourteen, she maintained a weekly blog about 'everything and anything' that piqued her curiosity.
In her role as associate beauty and wellness writer at British Vogue, she works across the brand’s print and digital offerings. Prior to joining the title, she won The Sunday Times Style X Black Writers’ Guild essay competition.
Ranyechi graduated from King’s College London in 2023 with a BA Comparative Literature degree and first class dissertation entitled: ‘Girlboss Feminism and its antecedents: Louisa May Alcott’s Little Women (1869) and Benito Pérez Galdós' Tristana (1892)’.
